We took our Kodiak tent out by the lake for the weekend, and the bugs were seriously terrible. I’ll admit I’m not always the best about zipping things up right away, especially when I’m tired or carrying stuff in and out, but the tent still sealed up really well once we closed it. Nothing got inside that I noticed, and we actually slept without getting eaten alive. Big win for a buggy weekend.

I’ve been using the canvas tent and overall it feels sturdy and does the job well. Nothing about it feels cheap, which I appreciate. That said, for what it costs, I kind of expected a few more extras to be included. It’s definitely not a bad tent at all, just on the expensive side.

I’ve had this floor down for a bit now, and it seems solid and durable so far. I was half expecting there to be some catch, like it looking good at first just to get you to buy it, but it actually feels like it can handle regular use without trouble

The canvas itself seems fine and gives a sturdy first impression, but the zippers are a letdown. They feel rough, keep catching, and one of the pull tabs already bent after just a couple trips. At this price, I expected the hardware to feel more reliable, so overall it’s kind of disappointing.

It showed up quickly , which was nice . The box did have a small dent in it , but everything else seemed fine .

The pages were loading slowly for me, and the cart kept being weird whenever I tried to change quantities. I also wish the shipping info had been clearer earlier instead of showing up later in checkout. I almost gave up and ordered somewhere else. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the website could definitely be easier to use.

I used this through a rainy weekend and was kind of impressed. Everything stayed dry inside, even with some rough wind kicking up. No real issues once it was up. I’m taking off one star because the setup got muddy and a little annoying, but overall it did its job really well...

Had to send something back because it didn’t really fit my setup. that’s kind of on me for not double-checking better, but the return process was super easy. They got back to me fast, and I got my refund without any annoying back and forth. Always nice when a return doesn’t turn into some whole thing

I bought a Kodiak Canvas tent last year and took it out on a few camping trips. I’ll give it credit: the canvas feels seriously tough, and it handled rain better than I expected. No leaks on my end, which is always the first thing I’m suspicious about with tents. That said, after only a couple uses, one of the zippers started feeling rough, and I noticed a seam near the floor already looking a little worn. It’s not falling apart or anything, but for what these things cost, I kind of expected it to be more bulletproof. Makes me wonder if they put all the good material where you can see it and quietly cut corners on the smaller stuff. Overall, it’s a decent tent and I don’t regret buying it, but I wouldn’t call it perfect. I’m keeping an eye on that zipper and seam like they know something I don’t.

I bought this from Kodiak Canvas for a family camping trip, i was surprised by how roomy it was. We had cots, bags, and all our gear inside and could still move around without stepping over each other. We slept really well and didn’t feel cramped at all. My only disappointment is that I waited this long to get one, because it made the trip so much easier.

The tent itself works fine, so I’m totally calm about that. Really. It sets up okay and does what it’s supposed to do. Packing it back into the bag, though, is where my patience gets tested a little. The bag feels way too tight, and once it’s packed up, it takes up more space in the garage than I expected. It’s not a bad tent, just bulkier than I was hoping.

I usually get a little nervous ordering gear online, but this was easy. The box was packed well, the order matched the receipt, and there was no hassle at all. I’d order from them again.

I’ve had my Kodiak tent for about a season now, keeping up with it has been way easier than I expected!!! After trips I just make sure it dries out really well, brush off the dirt, and touch up any spots with sealer if they need it. Nothing weird or fussy at all!!! It’s been out a few times already and still looks really solid!!!
